TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through The Barn website.
The Barn is operated by The Barn 2026 Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Welcome to The Barn Queenstown. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any changes.


2. Products & Availability

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely error-free or up to date.

Products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange, or alternative.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.


4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud).


5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, The Barn is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services.


6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered.

Sale items:

  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned

7. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and photos.

If deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including (but not limited to):

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Personal care items
  • Baby feeding items

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation
  • Keep your account details secure

You are responsible for any activity under your account.


11. Intellectual Property
